The Devil’s Den Trend was acquired in November 2011 as part of a transaction with a private company. The assets acquired include one shallow, untested well targeting the Monterey Shale and 3D seismic data.

Targets include Shallow Monterey (Diatomite) and Tumey Shale oil targets. Analog fields include McKittrick (350 mmboe) and Cymric (543 mmboe).
